They are not a guarantee, prediction, or representation of future results. Live trading involves slippage, partial fills, commission costs, broker outages, news events, gap risk, and emotional factors that are not fully modeled in any backtest.

CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical Performance

"Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Indicator Limitations

WOW Algo is a discretionary aid, not a trading robot. The indicator emits BUY/SELL labels and runs internal walk-forward simulator statistics. It does not execute trades, manage risk on your behalf, or guarantee any specific outcome. The "AUTO" router selects the strategy with the highest rolling profit factor in its walk-forward window — the live edge can lag the dashboard during regime changes, and the historically-leading strategy may underperform in any given session.

Signal accuracy depends on the underlying data feed, instrument, timeframe, chosen filter configuration, and market regime. The indicator does not repaint on closed bars when No Repaint Mode is enabled (the default).

Prop Firm Compatibility

WOW Algo includes a "Prop Firm Mode" intended to align with the rules of Apex, TopStep, Tradeify, MyFundedFutures, and TakeProfit Trader. Rules at every prop firm can change at any time. We make no warranty that a trade taken using the indicator will comply with your prop firm's rules at the moment you take it. You are responsible for understanding and following your prop firm's current rule set, including news rules, position limits, drawdown calculations, and consistency requirements.

No Warranty

WOW Algo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the indicator will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant any specific result from its use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will WOW Algo, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the indicator, its alerts, its dashboard, or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
